About Us
Pro-Active Adventure was formed by Clive Richley an experienced activity centre manager and social worker, and Jon Hilton a consultant trainer and research psychologist. Other senior team members include an educational specialist and experienced childcare professionals. Between us, we have many years of experience in providing adventurous activities to schools and youth groups. We have also specialised in providing Corporate Development and Student Retention Programmes. Our customers include market leaders from industry and well respected universities.
All our instructors are mature, widely experienced leaders; they all hold National Governing Body awards in the disciplines that they lead. Their experience is gained from working with a variety of client groups across the UK, Wales and Europe. We are committed to ongoing personal development and review our practice on a regular basis, which is based on feedback from our extensive client group.
